Service fees range from $200 to $1000 depending on the complexity of your financial plan. Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or investment performance. Past performance does not indicate future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, raxithivance.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our financial advisors are required to maintain appropriate professional qualifications and comply with relevant Australian financial services regulations, including ASIC requirements.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and Australian privacy laws.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice. Fees paid for services not yet delivered may be refunded at our discretion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state or territory where the services were provided.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
